Hey, I'm Heather...

For years, I didn’t realize my struggles with joint pain, weight gain, brain fog and insomnia were all tied to the hormonal roller coaster of perimenopause.

 But it wasn't always this way... 

As the weight started creeping up on the scale, I began to run more, thinking it would balance everything out. I ran over 30 half marathons and started training for Ironman triathlons. I picked up more group ex classes to teach at the gym and found myself working out for sometimes 4+ hours a day. Everything started to hurt, and I kept getting injured. Not only that, but all the overtraining seriously messed up my gut health and set me up for raging insomnia. For me, the struggle was REAL, and I spent years researching, learning, talking to doctors, and using my background in fitness and nutrition to get answers.
